Coconut Cupcakes (24 count)

The cake version of our Coconut Cupcakes was a go to dessert for summertime gathers for our baker growing up. Our cupcake version of this summertime  delight not only has coconut extract, but also has notes of almond which makes for a beautiful medley to the palate. Topped with cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with sweetened coconut flakes, these cupcakes are a refreshing addition to any dessert table!
