Carrot Cake Mini Bundts (12 count)

This sweet and moist spice cake has chopped carrots throughout. The carrots flavor is delightfully heightened by the vanilla notes. With the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg, this cake calls for autumn and family get togethers.
